Your logo, stitched to last.
Flat, 3D puff and applique logo embroidery, plus DTF printing, on corporate polo t-shirts made in Tiruppur.

Three ways to stitch a logo
Logo embroidery is our core craft. We pick the technique to suit your artwork, whether it is a bulk corporate polo order or factory uniform t-shirts for a full plant.
Flat embroidery
Dense satin and fill stitches lying flush with the fabric. The standard for embroidered polo t-shirts and the most durable of the three.
Best for: text logos, crests and monograms on the left chest, sleeves and collars.
3D puff embroidery
Foam under the stitching raises the design off the garment for a bold, sculpted look. Thin lines and small text do not survive the puff, so artwork needs chunky shapes.
Best for: bold lettering and initials, especially on caps, which we source through long-term partner manufacturers.
Applique
Fabric patches cut to shape and stitched down with a satin border. Covers large areas without heavy stitch counts, so big designs stay soft and affordable.
Best for: large letters, numbers and varsity-style backs on team and event garments.

When printing beats embroidery
Some artwork cannot be stitched. Gradients, photographic detail and very small text lose their shape as thread, so we print them instead.
- DTF
Full-color transfers with fine detail and gradients. Our go-to for company logo t-shirts with complex artwork and for large back prints.
- SCR
Screen printing for big runs of simple, solid-color designs. Economical at volume and holds up well on darker fabrics.
Printing sits in the same 20 to 30 rupees per piece range as embroidery, and many uniform programs combine both: an embroidered chest logo with a printed back.
From logo file to finished garment
Every order follows the same four steps, and nothing goes into production without your approval.
Digitize
We convert your logo file into a stitch program, setting densities and stitch directions for the fabric it will sit on.
Thread match
Thread colors are matched to your brand colors and confirmed with you before a single stitch runs.
Sample approval
We stitch or print one garment and send you photos and a video. We adjust until you sign off.
Production
The full run goes through embroidery, checking and counted packing, with a finished-goods video before dispatch.
What logo work costs
Logo embroidery or printing adds 20 to 30 rupees per piece on top of the garment price. Where your design lands in that range depends on its size, stitch count and placement, and we quote the exact figure before you commit.
Payment is simple: 60 percent advance to start, and the balance after we send a video of your finished and packed order before dispatch. The garment price itself depends on the fabric you pick, so start with our fabric guide if you have not chosen one yet.

Embroidery and printing questions
How much does logo embroidery or printing cost?
Logo embroidery and printing cost 20 to 30 rupees per piece on top of the garment price, depending on the size, stitch count or print area of your design. We quote the exact figure before you commit.
What is the minimum order for embroidered polo t-shirts?
100 pieces, and you can spread them across sizes. The same minimum applies to printed corporate t-shirts.
Should we choose embroidery or printing for our company logo?
Embroidery suits chest logos with solid colors and clean linework, and it survives industrial washing. Choose DTF printing for gradients, photographic detail, very small text or large back prints.
Do we approve a sample before production?
Yes. We stitch or print your logo on one garment first and send you photos and a video. You can also check embroidery samples in person at our Coimbatore office. Production starts only after you approve the sample.
How long does an embroidered bulk order take?
Orders in ready stock fabric colors dispatch in 5 to 10 days after sample approval. Custom fabric colors take longer, so tell us your deadline up front.
How does payment work?
60 percent advance to start production, and the balance after we send you a video of your finished and packed order before dispatch.
