Three fabrics cover almost every uniform program
We keep the fabric menu short on purpose. Each of these is proven across the 120+ businesses we have made bulk polo t-shirts with logo work for.
Cotton pique
the corporate polo default
Combed cotton knitted into the classic waffle texture. Matte, breathable and structured, so collars stand and logo embroidery sits clean. This is what most office and client-facing teams should wear.
Corporate polos in bulkPoly-cotton blends
for budget uniform programs
Polyester for durability and color hold, cotton for comfort. It survives frequent industrial washing and costs less per piece, which is why most factory uniform t-shirts are blends.
Employee uniform t-shirts
Dry-fit
for sports and field teams
Lightweight polyester that wicks sweat and dries fast. The pick for field sales, delivery crews, sports days and anyone working outdoors.
Sales team uniform polosGSM, explained in one minute
GSM is grams per square metre: the weight, and roughly the thickness, of the fabric. Higher GSM means a denser fabric that drapes heavier and lasts longer. Here is how buyers should read it.
Event t-shirts, giveaways and onboarding kits where softness and price matter most.
The sweet spot for corporate polo t-shirts: substantial, holds shape, survives office wear.
Thicker polos with a distinctly premium hand feel for leadership teams and gifting.
Which fabric for which team
Match the fabric to the day your team actually has. When one order covers several roles, we mix fabrics under the same logo and colors.

Fabric questions corporate buyers ask us
Which fabric is best for corporate polo t-shirts?
Combed cotton pique is the corporate polo default. Its textured knit looks matte and professional, breathes well through Indian summers, and holds the collar shape that makes a polo look sharp. We recommend it for office teams and client-facing staff.
What GSM should we choose for uniform t-shirts?
GSM is grams per square metre, the weight of the fabric. As a rule of thumb: 160 to 180 GSM suits light event tees, 200 to 240 GSM is the standard for corporate polo t-shirts that keep their shape through washing, and 240 GSM plus feels premium. We share swatches so you can feel the difference before you commit.
Is poly-cotton good enough for daily factory uniforms?
Yes, it is usually the right choice. Poly-cotton blends survive frequent industrial washing, fade slower than pure cotton, and cost less per piece, which matters when you are outfitting a large factory or warehouse team on a budget.
Can we see fabric swatches before ordering?
Please do. Visit our sales office in Edayarpalayam, Coimbatore to check fabric and embroidery samples with managing partner Arjun, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 63859 23124 and we will share swatch photos and specifications before you commit.
Does logo embroidery work on every fabric?
Cotton pique and poly-cotton take embroidery beautifully, and that is where most corporate logos go. On lightweight dry-fit we use proper backing or recommend print instead, depending on your logo. Embroidery or print adds roughly 20 to 30 rupees per piece.
