Production takes 15 to 20 days from artwork approval, then shipping time is added: 3 to 5 days by DHL Express, longer by Air Cargo or Sea Freight.

Can we get samples before ordering?
Yes, sample polos on request, courier at cost. Before bulk production we also make a stitched sample in your fabric and logo, which you approve in writing.

CIF means our price covers the goods, insurance and freight to the named destination airport or seaport. Import clearance, duties, taxes and delivery from the port to your door are arranged and paid by the buyer.

No, we do not ship DDP. Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by the buyer, by DHL on delivery for express shipments or through your customs broker for cargo.
Are polos from India eligible for lower import duty in the UAE, Australia, the UK, EFTA countries or Singapore?
Possibly. India has trade agreements with the UAE (CEPA, in force since May 2022), Australia (ECTA, in force since December 2022), Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein (the EFTA TEPA, in force since October 2025) and Singapore (CECA, in force since 2005), and signed a trade agreement with the UK in July 2025. Whether a preferential rate applies depends on the agreement's rules of origin and its status on your shipment date, so confirm the rate with your customs broker; we make no promise on duty rates.
What documents come with an export shipment?
Every shipment travels with a commercial invoice and packing list. If you plan to claim a preferential duty rate, tell us the agreement when you ask for a quote and we will confirm what origin paperwork we can provide.
Which countries do you ship polos to?
We serve the UAE, Australia, the UK, the EU, Switzerland/Norway, Singapore and other export markets, and have shipped corporate and uniform polos to Europe, the Gulf and Africa.
How do we pay for an export order?
Payment is advance + balance before dispatch, by international bank wire in USD or EUR. The advance starts production and the balance is paid once the order is finished and packed, before it ships.
Do you offer credit terms to overseas buyers?
No. Every export order is advance + balance before dispatch; we do not ship on credit.
